Only 7 Heads but 8 Kings

Rev. 17:10-11 (emphasis added)

And there (THEY) are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.  And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

The 7 Headed 10 Horned Beast described in the Passages above reveals that there are only a total sum of 7 Empires or Kingdoms and NOT 8.  However, there are 8 Kings of these 7 Empires.  As such, one of the 7 Kings actually rules twice (one of the 1st five Heads/Kingdoms) and the 7th King only rules the 7th Empire for a ‘shot space’.  To this end, the 7th Kingdom will actually receive 2 Kings – one, that as stated, will rule for only a short period of time and the subsequent reoccurring 8th King.

It should be noted that in Rev. 17:10 above contrary to the KJV transliteration that the Greek Texts actually states that not only are the 7 symbolic Heads of the Beast identified as Mountains/Kingdoms they ALSO carry the double meaning of Kings as well - …and THEY are 7 Kings...

Meanwhile, the 10 Horns or future Kings are derived/originate from the 6th Head/Kingdom or the former Roman Empire.  However, these 10 Horns are NOT part of an 8th Kingdom but rather are attached to or associated with the latter construction of the 7th Head/Kingdom of the 7 Headed 10 Horned Beast, following the reign of the 7th short space King.  The latter construction (31/2 yrs.) of the 7th Head/Kingdom becomes the dominion of the AC and the former 8th King.  As stated, John only saw 7 Heads/Kingdoms having 8 Kings and 10 Horns and NOT 8 Heads/Kingdoms having 8 Kings with 10 Horns.

To reiterate, the 8th and final King assumes dominion of the final construct of the 7th Empire at the demise of the 7th King of that Empire – the 8th King picks up the rule of the 7th Kingdom where the 7th King leaves off.

Here is a fair question, “When John saw the Great Red Dragon of Rev. 12:3 having Seven Heads and Ten Horns and Seven Crowns upon his Heads, which ONE of the 7 Heads were the 10 Horns attached to?

Here is why I asked this question.

If the 10 ‘uncrowned’ Horns were attached to the 7th Head of the Red Dragon and the 7 Heads had been crowned and had received ALL 7 of their Kings by the time of the Dragon’s appearance in Rev. 12:3 then, when John saw the 10 Horns crowned then they also must at that point have received ALL of their 10 Kings.  As you know the 10 Kings only reign during the Great Trib with the AC.

Thus, by this time the 7th Mountain King has come and gone and the 8th King is now ready to take his throne.  But here is what is important.  The 7th Kingdom/Empire once it starts to rise is contiguous without any gap however, the Kings change from the 7th short space King to the 8th reoccurring King – the Beast.

Therefore, the 7th Kingdom has NEVER risen yet.  The 10 Kings are an ADDITION to the Kingdom of the 7th short space King and his Kingdom which will be ADDED to the 7th Kingdom marking the beginning of the Great Trib. and the reign of the 8th King over the expanded 7th Kingdom.

Persia/Iran may very well with the development of its nuclear power kick off the beginning of the 7th Kingdom and its 7th King.  Nonetheless, once the rise of this 7th Kingdom begins it will NOT stop nor be broken until the Second Coming of Christ at Armageddon.
