In light of some of the independent dreams of Pastor Dana Coverstone and those seen by my brother Raymond, I pose a question to the reader.  Is what has been seen by these two faithful believers evidence that there is going to be a literal vast earthquake and a subsequent volcano in the �Michigan� region � even maybe under Lake Michigan itself or even Lake Superior?  To answer this question let�s first take a more in depth look at just what information we actually have to work with.

Scientific evidence reveals that there is indeed a �massive� ancient volcano which lies beneath the center of Lake Superior.  As such, Lake Superior, as well as the other Great Lakes, was formed ages and ages ago from the forces of volcanism/vulcanism as a result of the �Midcontinent Rift.�  The rift is a 1,200 miles long geological tear in the center of the North American continent and the south-central part of the North American plate.

��Dana saw a shimmering of the Great Lakes. The water appeared to splash out of the bowl spreading several hundred feet inland and then would come crashing back into the bowl (Great Lakes).  It appeared as if there had been an earthquake, under the central point of the Great Lakes but at a very, very significant depth��

��Shuttered properties with people in coats in their homes with closed curtains looking out at dirty, dingy & gray snow on the street and it was not pure white snow�� (emphasis added)

On 11/09/2020 Pastor Dana had another dream where he saw former President Lincoln who represented our nation�s national unity (the Union) hanged to death by a sinful and rebellious people.  As a consequence of their murderous actions Dana was shown that the nation who committed this unforgivable act will now suffer the destructive and agonizing effects of FIRE and ICE.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZM_amzteWw  

�...At that very moment, the Man appeared that I have seen in the dreams for so often.  He knelt down beside President Lincoln and said, �They didn�t have any idea what they were doing, and now the nation needs to brace itself for what they deserve.�  He then walked over to Uncle Sam, closed his eyes, and tenderly tapped the heart area 3 times and said, �Rest in peace, Uncle Sam.  Sorry you had to see the ship go down.� Then the Man looked right at me in the dream and He said, �Nation brace yourself for FIRE and ICE and don�t forget to anchor your soul�...� (emphasis added)

Do these aforementioned dreams suggest volcano(s)?   As science clearly proves, massive earthquakes can cause volcanic eruptions � especially if that earthquake would take place in the �Midcontinent Rift� region.  Moreover, a volcano occurring beneath frozen ice is called a glaciovolcano, i.e. like those in Iceland, et. al..  Hence, Pastor Coverstone�s �shaking of the Great Lakes� dream and the �dirty gray snow� dream and Raymond�s �Ice Shards� revelation, that will be discussed in more detail later on in this article.

That being said, let�s take a look at what Raymond saw in his related visions in his own words:

On the morning of 08/30/2021 when I (Raymond) awoke the Lord spoke to me within my spirit and said �Michigan� and as I thought about what He had just said, He then spoke once again "Michigan".  Later that day in a phone call I told my brother Barney that earlier that morning the Lord had spoken to me the word �Michigan� twice.  However, at that time neither one of us knew what it actually meant.

Then at about 8:30 p.m. during that same day I had set down in my reclining chair and closed my eyes to meditate and pray when the Lord once again spoke to me and said �Michigan� and immediately began showing me a vision:

I was whisked away in the spirit to another place to what can only be described as somewhere like an old, old, old, dungeon - like those you would see in an ancient castle.  The stones in the walls of the dungeon were both hand hewn and laid and there were natural uncut field stones stacked atop those as well.  I felt this place to be damp, dark, cold and otherwise just absolutely gloomy.  As to my position of view in the vision I was standing in the south and was looking to my north.  I then saw a hand appear directly in front of me that held an old type of what I would describe as a skeleton key.  The key appeared to be an antique silver color, (pewter) having three teeth (bits) on the end of it and these teeth were in a horizontal three O�clock position. 

Meanwhile, directly in front of the hand was what I can only describe as an ancient vault/safe totally covered by a plethora of vines leaving me to feel it had been there for many, many years.  The only part of the vault that was left visible from the vines was a round wheel handle and in the center of the round wheel handle was a lock with its hole matching the same shape as that of the skeleton key. Then the hand I saw reached forward and inserted the skeleton key into the lock and proceeded to turn it counter clockwise from the 3 O�clock to the 12 O�clock position.  I then heard the lock click and I knew in my spirit that it had opened. 

Just as soon as the hand had opened the lock the key disappeared from view and then the hand pulled back to directly in front of where I was standing.  When the key disappeared there instantly burst forth from the keyhole, which had now transformed into a round hole about the size of your thumb, a strong steady stream of what appeared to be an old dark red bloodlike substance.  This circular steady stream of mysterious red liquid shot southward towards me but as soon as it came in front of the hand it immediately made a sharp 90 degree turn towards the east.  Then the vision ended�

When we analyze this vision the critical points that are too be concluded is that something very dangerous has been locked away symbolically in an ancient dungeon and vault for a very long time.  It is then when a Spiritual hand having the power of the key unlocks and unleashes the pressurized dark red substance which steadily thrust south then abruptly at a 90 degree turn to the east.  Does this dark red substance shooting through the keyhole actually represent �Molten Lava�? 

When Raymond asked the Lord in prayer what this red substance actually was He replied in a forceful manner at 1:30 p.m., �I have heard the cries of blasphemy, I have smelled the stench of sin in my nostrils, my Word shall PROJECT upon a nation�.

Therefore, what we can ascertain from this vision is that God�s Word is symbolized in Scripture by �Fire�. (Jer. 23:29)  Thus, the red substance shooting from the ancient keyhole is the symbolic judgmental fire of God�s Word that will be projected (thrust, hurled, thrown) upon a wicked and sinful nation.  As such, the earthquake and subsequent volcano are the literal vehicles by which this judgment is manifested.  Another detail that should not be overlooked is that the key was turned one-quarter of a turn counterclockwise from the 3 O�clock to the 12 O�clock position.  It was at the 12 O�clock (Jewish time 6^th hour) that darkness covered the earth�   "And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour."  Luke 23:44 (KJV)       

On 09/01/21 at about 9:00 a.m., I left my home to go to my local post office to pick up my mail.  While sitting in the car in the parking lot at the post office I reached into my leather case where I kept my keys and pulled out the key ring for my postal box.  On this key ring appeared a skeleton key that was identical to the key that I had seen on 08/30/21 in the vision regarding the dungeon and vault.  I held the key in my right hand and wondered just how mysterious this was.

After picking up my mail and then returning to my car while still sitting in the parking lot the Lord spoke to me and said, �There shall be shards of ice fall from the sky�.

Are these �Shards of Ice� revealed to Raymond another reference to a volcano and similar to that of Pastor Dana�s seen consequence of the nation�s destruction by "Fire and Ice"?  A large magnitude seismic earthquake in the Midcontinent Rift unleashing a massive volcanic eruption beneath one of the Great Lakes would indeed blast vast quantities of frozen lake ice into the air which in turn would subsequently rain back down from the sky as "ice shards".

Going forwards, when I got home I was talking to my brother Barney on the phone and relating to him about the skeleton key I had earlier found on my key ring that was exactly like the one that I had recently seen in the dungeon/vault vision.  I told my brother that I would go and get the key and describe it to him in detail.  Upon retrieving the key ring where I had just earlier seen the key � the skeleton key had mysteriously vanished.  I searched diligently everywhere for days and the key has never been seen again.  Nothing like this mysterious key physically appearing and then disappearing has EVER happened to me in my entire life.  I LITERALLY AT ONE POINT HELD THE KEY IN MY  RIGHT HAND.

On 09/03/21 while sitting in the parking garage at Cabell Huntington hospital waiting to pick up my wife who was being discharged following her cancer surgery, I was praying about the �Ice Shards� revelation and the Lord showed me a great and mighty mountain.  At the top of the mountain was dark gray super thick smoke billowing upwards forming a mushroom shaped cloud, with the smaller stem of the cloud on the bottom closest to the top of the mountain.  This massive dark gray smokey mushroom cloud continued expanding upwards and outwards so much so that it actually grew to be larger than the huge mountain beneath it. 

It was then brought to my mind that this massive mushroom cloud would be what causes the sharp shards of ice to fall out of the sky.  I called my brother and told him what I had just seen in the vision.  He instructed me to write it down and text it to him.  As I was writing the text I again closed my eyes and saw Jesus on the Cross which was completely the same size of the massive mountain and the image covered the entire mountain directly in front of where I was standing in the vision.  Then the vision ended�

What should be noted is that the image of Jesus on the Cross shielded Raymond from the destroying mountain as did the "Mysterious Hand" shield him from the surging red substance in his former dungeon/vault vision.

Is what Raymond saw in this vision the judgment volcano that he saw in the dungeon/vault vision?  Is this Pastor Dana's Fire and Ice and dirty snow?

When analyzing and trying to accurately interpret prophetic dreams and visions, one must pay close attention to symbolism and detail.  We have to take all the bits and pieces that we can obtain from each credible source and try to weave them together into a meaningful picture.  (1 Cor. 13:12)

What we see from the above stated dreams and visions is that Pastor Dana saw the earthquake in the Great Lakes region but did not actually see the volcano.  Likewise, while Raymond was shown the volcano he did not see the earthquake.
